We enjoyed our stay at this serviced residence. The location was convenient to downtown areas, Orchard Road, and the nearest subway. Public transport was easily accessible. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. Housekeeping service was outstanding. Although breakfast could have been better, the facilities like the washer/dryer and hourly shuttle made up for it. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location of this venue is perfect for those who seek tranquility, away from the busy areas. The shuttle service is provided by this hotel, which is a real convenience when traveling within the Orchard area. We appreciated the laundry service and the grocery facilities, which made our stay seamless.
Staff here goes above and beyond, except for the one employee named Juliet. Despite her, we would still recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
